Title: Windows Production Support Consultant

Location: NYC, NY

Durations: Long Term

Mandatory Skills:

·                6+ years’ experience in the production support.

·                Understanding of the Production Support Environment

·                Problem solving and solution development skills

·                Expert in windows environment, IIS servers, .Net framework ( any version).

·                Expert in DB – SQL server 200x.

·                IB domain

·                Ability to work with cross functional teams

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Delivery:

·                Support applications for a IB customer in accordance to ITIL framework.

·                Perform application support and maintenance and help in code release to production.

·                Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems during Production support

·                Ability to resolve complex issues and identify root cause

·                Service requests from users and Development Team.

·                Able to perform processes as defined for the service delivery.

·                Ability to collaborate in suggesting optimization in the processes to remove redundancy from the processes.

·                Ability to think and act fast in a very dynamic environment

·                Team Management

·                Displaying right attitude to work in a team operating 24X7.

·                Reporting

·                Ability to drive Root cause analysis

·                Preparing adhoc reports
