- 10 years of testing experience in a software organization including test
planning, test development, test reviews, and defect management.

Experience
in managing & leading large QA Automation teams
·
Strong
expertise with Mobile Testing with Perfecto Mobile
·
Hands
on experience with perfecto mobile cloud and deployments
·
Hands
on experience of testing with different mobile devices and deployment of
applications on devices
·
Hands
on experience in establishing test strategy for mobile platforms in mobile
cloud (preferably with perfecto)
·
Experience
in planning efforts and test scripts/conditions.
·
Experience
in adapting to testing processes and provide inputs for test process
improvements
·
Communicate
risks and able to suggest mitigation to senior management
·
Strong
mentoring abilities and team management skills
·
Good
verbal and written communication skills
·
Strong
behavioral and inter-personal skills.
·
Strong
client facing and communication skills (both verbal and written)
·
Understanding
of project management knowledge areas, quality processes and process groups.
·
Good
to have automated testing using tools like QTP, Loadrunner/Jmeter, and other
tools.
