- · Must need to be an expert in General Ledger
- · Must have an excellent understanding of PS Financials – AR, AP, GL
- · Handles the systems development life cycle on all development and enhancement projects
- · Assists with project planning, definition, requirements and time & resource estimates
- · Medium to large-sized project management and technical leadership experience.
- · Familiarity in working within, and defining, a structured project delivery methodology.
- · Ability to facilitate and perform business and application requirements gathering sessions.
- · Ability to work with infrastructure personnel on platform requirements and installation procedures
- · Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- · Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- · Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced and event driven environment
- · Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- · Provide overall technical guidance to the Financial development team
- · Assist in/coordinate development and support of customizations/interfaces
- · Develop, communicate, maintain, and enforce the overall operational methodology for the PeopleSoft environment
- · Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- · Strong Analytical / Troubleshooting skills
- · Ability to resolve problems, either individually or by coordinating with finance management and technical support staff
- · Capable of outlining technical specifications for system enhancements.
